• 15-Minute Grace Period:  We understand that delays can happen. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you without compromising the quality of your service or the service for the next client.
   

• Over 15 Minutes Late: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next scheduled client.
   

• Communication is Key:  If you anticipate being late, please call us at 609-683-8384 as soon as possible. 

We will always do our best to accommodate your needs but we must also respect the schedules of our other clients.
