Cancellation policy

We understand that unexpected things and/or emergencies can crop up that require you to reschedule or even cancel your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate our clients and respect the time of our stylists, we have implemented the following late cancellation policy:

Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines:

  1. 48 Hours Notice: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for our guests, we require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be on a waiting list for an appointment.

  2. No-Shows & Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service price will be applied. This policy helps protect our stylists' time while ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service for our guests.

  3. Multiple Late Cancellations: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows will require payment of a 100% non-refundable fee for future bookings.
